What kind of information is recorded and why?

Personally, identifiable information that you voluntarily provide is recorded so that you can receive relevant information, manage orders and other services offered or answer your questions, either through the form on this site or directly by email. When you visit our website, we will also be able to store IP addresses and technical information about your device and internet connection. TradeWpower AS processes your information to provide analysis and services as agreed with you. The information is used to improve and further develop our services, limit abuse, analyse and understand market trends, and to provide relevant content tailored to you and your usage pattern. The information can be provided to others for similar purposes, see below.

  1. Payment form – this applies to those who use the form on our website to register and pay for an analysis. Here you collect the name of the recipient, address, telephone number and email address, as well as the marked field for approval of the selected analysis/terms with the registration
  2. Contact form – this applies to anyone who makes contact via the contact page or email directly. The purpose is to keep track of who said what and follow up relationships. Here, the name, phone number and e-mail of the contact persons and associated e-mail addresses, addresses and names of affiliated organizations and associated contact information for correspondence on sales are recorded here.   
  3. Accounting – this applies to those who choose to buy analysis. Here we register the name and email of the buyer and associated e-mail addresses and the names of affiliates and associated contact information for billing correspondence.    

Non-personally identifiable information is recorded in the form of statistics and data for the purpose of managing and developing the website and related services. We may occasionally receive information from other sources such as customers, metrics, or other third parties that help us or them understand user activity, your preferences, or generally improve the services we provide. For example, an advertiser can provide us with information about what happened after you clicked on a blog with us so we can measure the impact on a blog post and give you more relevant content.

Targeted advertising

The company will not conduct targeted marketing through its website. This will occur via the company’s Facebook, youtube, LinkedIn and Twitter pages. Please see privacy statements for each individual company.

How do we register information?

Information is registered via our website per. date located at a server operated by ProIsp AS. WordPress is used as a platform, and this is encrypted with SSL. We also record information via direct contact with buyers or possible new customers.

Access to the information

We do not share identifiable personal information with any third party for marketing or communication purposes. Upon request, we will only provide you with the personally identifiable information we have registered about you.

How is personal information secured?

We use only third-party services that have established privacy and privacy protection policies and procedures that provide privacy-protected services in line with the GDPR guidelines. We only store your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement. Keeping anonymised information is not subject to such restrictions. We delete personal information when a user gives notice that he/she no longer wants to use the service or after 2 years without any use of the logging section.

Your rights

All persons who ask has the right to get the information about the processing of personal data in an enterprise under section 18, paragraph 1, of the Personal Data Act. We have provided the information in this statement. You are entitled to know the information we have about you, and you can also have this deleted if desired.

Consent, applicable law and venue

This Privacy Statement applies to all users of our websites and services. By using our websites and services, you agree that your personal data may be processed by this Privacy Policy, including transferred to data processors and third parties as set out in this Statement.

Furthermore, those who purchase analysis approve to receive other relevant information from TradeWpower AS. TradeWpower AS is subject to Norwegian law. You agree that any disputes shall be dealt with by the court in Lillehammer by the laws of Norway.

Changes in the statement

TradeWpower AS reserves the right to change or update the GDPR. All changes are valid from the time they are posted and will include information collected from that date as well as existing information. You can find out when these guidelines were last revised here:
